CME

Complete the evaluation within 10 days of the conference. Last day is March 11, 2022.

Download your certificate from the last page of the evaluation BEFORE you hit "submit."

Fill out the certificate and submit it to the TCH CME Office per the instructions (written on the certificate).

CNE

Complete the evaluation within 10 days of the conference. Last day is March 11, 2022.

Your certificate will be sent to you by the accrediting agency.

RT CRCE

Complete the evaluation within 30 days of the conference. Last day is March 25, 2022.

Download your certificate from the last page of the evaluation BEFORE you hit "submit."

After the 30-day period, BALI Conference will submit your evaluation and attendance to AARC on your behalf.
